Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Klub Haus online store or place an order with us. Please read them together with our Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Klub Haus

Klub Haus is an independent UK design studio offering art prints, personalised artwork, apparel and related design-led products. You can contact us at hello.klubhaus@gmail.com.

2. Using this website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

3. Products and availability

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours can vary between screens and printed materials, and minor variations may occur in products that are printed, framed or made to order. Such minor variations do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Products and materials are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.

4. Personalised products

You are responsible for checking the names, dates, wording, colours and other details submitted with a personalised order. We will reproduce the information provided unless we agree a correction with you before production begins. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Personalised orders can enter production quickly and may not be cancellable once production has begun, as explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely using the payment methods offered at checkout.

If a price or product detail has been entered incorrectly, we may contact you before dispatch to offer the choice of proceeding with the correct information or cancelling for a full refund.

6. Orders and our contract

After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement to the email address provided. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. Our contract with you is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, a product is unavailable, customer information appears fraudulent, delivery is not possible, or there is an obvious pricing or description error. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, we will refund it.

7. Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges and expected timings are explained in our Shipping Policy. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person identified by you, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Standard online purchases normally have a 14-day cancellation period after delivery. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights once production has begun, but your rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly made goods remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, text, graphics, branding, logos and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Klub Haus and are protected by intellectual-property law. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, adapt, distribute or use the design commercially.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event substantially delays your order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. You may have the right to cancel where delivery cannot be completed within an agreed or legally required timeframe.

12. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify and payment providers also process information needed to operate the store, complete payments and fulfil orders.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to an order are those available when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
